Description
Appearance: Very thin and permanent froth. Its color is pale gold. Bright.
Nose: Delicate aromas of matured apple cider. Fresh with buttery notes and white flowers.
Mouth: Cooked apple cider. Full bodied and fine. Citrus fruits notes. Lingering with tannic and acidic end of mouth.
A small amount of sediment might appear at the bottom of the bottle due to the fact that this cider was elaborated without filtration nor pasteurization. It’s a layer of yeasts, the source of aromatic enrichment of the cider.
